【摘 要】目的：对针对性健康教育和饮食干预在缺铁性贫血病人护理中效果进行研究。方法：本次实验选择我院2018年1月-2019年1月期间缺铁性贫血患者80例，随机将患者分为甲组和乙组，每组40人。甲组患者仅进行常规护理，乙组患者在常规护理基础上进行针对性健康教育和饮食干预，统计两组患者各项生理指标。结果：乙组患者各项生理指标均优于甲组(p<0.05)。结论：针对性健康教育和饮食干预在缺铁性贫血患者护理中效果显著。
